Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns due to the customizable nature of these products. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay for services needed to fulfill your order, rather than the product itself. 

If you are unhappy with the product, we are more than happy to give you credit to use on any other products on Onside Film.

To request a credit, you can contact us at contact@onsidefilm.com. 

If your request for credit is accepted, we’ll send you a message regarding the next steps and what information is needed from you to begin the next project.

Damages and issues
We are not responsible for edited content that was inaccurately provided to us for the initial edit. Please double check all content before submitting it to us. However, if the video highlights the incorrect player, we will reedit the video same day, free of charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Onside Film holds no exceptions/refundable products. Payment is for the service of working on your project, not for the final outcome. As a reminder, please be as specific as possible in your request for work while we are working on your product.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to be specific in your initial order request. We will review all requests for credit if you are unhappy with the final product we deliver.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being delivered into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must not be billed for 1 hour of work. Please send a message to contact@onsidefilm.com with any concerns or questions about cancellations as soon as possible.
